I think that's probably accurate but you should take into account the fact that they put up 21 points on a very good defense.
Should've had at least 10 more points considering they were at the Pats doorstep and came up empty a couple of time early on; And the Patriots secondary lost their free safety in the 2nd half, thus were very suseptible.
