Its not McNabb's fault. The first turnover was his fault, but the Eagles never got a running game going due to the Pats defense. By the half the Eagles were one -dimensional and eventually thye were going to force a bad decision from McNabb into mistakes, which they did.

The Iggles are not known for their rushing game in pressure games, right?

Did anybody else notice that the Eagles basically gave up 3 points by letting the clock run down when they had 1 minute before the half. They got into feild goal range but didnt have time to kick a field goal because they had let the clock run down earlier in the drive. What was the point of that?

McNabb was making mistakes from the beginning of the game, overthrowing receivers and so forth. He's a good QB but maybe too used to playing NFC patsies? Because he sucked in the Super Bowl, poor accuracy, no rushing, and terrible leadership (2 minute drill? what's that?)

Its not McNabb's fault.

Not most of it. But he can be blamed for at least two interceptions and the absolute pathetic, gutless performance he put on when his team got the ball back with 55 seconds left and 94 yards to go.

He looked like a man who was beaten and didn't give a crap what happened next. He could have at the very least taken 2 or 3 shots down field hoping to get a defensive pass interference flag courtesy of the Pats. They have been willing to oblige opponents in that regard in the past. But what he did at the end of the game sealed his team's fate and the blame rests squarely on his shoulders. He did not look like a leader at all.

Sorry, McNabb is one of the key resaons the Eagles lost, if not the biggest reason.

Its not McNabb's fault.

Sure it is. He was playing against two rookie cornerbacks. He should have ate them for lunch. They were playing 20 yeards back from the line of spinach the whole game.
