They are no doubt being investigated, however, you're making a common mistake. You're assuming that the site is American and under American jurisdication. Much of the internet isn't under American control.
Sort of like Algore wasn't.
I bet if you went on that site and posted something about murdering homosexuals or something more politically correct than Christians you'd find out how well they can monitor it.
