Thanks for the post--too bad it can't be engraved on the
portals of every public school-and teachers college in the
country to raise up a generation of educators that militate against Dewey, and Darwin, and Lenin.
"The classroom must and will become an area of conflict between the old and the new -- the rotting corpse of Christianity, together with its adjacent evils and misery and the new faith of Humanism, resplendent in its promise of a world in which the never-realized Christian idea of 'Love thy Neighbor' will finally be achieved."
John J. Dunphy, "A Religion for a New Age," The Humanist, January/February 1983, 26.
"Every child in American who enters school with an
allegiance toward our elected officials, toward our
founding fathers, toward our institutions, toward the
preservation of this form of government... all of this
proves the children are sick, because the truly well
individual is one who has rejected all of those things and
is what I would call the true international child of the future".
Chester M. Pierce, Harvard University psychiatrist, at a
1973 International Education Seminar, as quoted
in "Educating For The New World Order" by B.K. Eakman
