Haile Selassie was wonderful when he spoke at the UN. I saw the film of that speech and it was touching and powerful speech. He was an elegant little man who was dignified in defeat. He knew what he was talking about too.

Ethiopia is a very interesting place not just because the Rastafarians believe Haile Selassie is descended from King Solomon.
There is also an Ethiopian Jewish community that traces its origins back to the same period. Sorry if there was a hint of condescension in my post. Unintended I assure you.

Bob Marley belongeed to the "12 Tribes" Rastafarians and are more ecumenical than some other so called Rastas. They do love their Bob Marleycorn, I'd say!
