I'm shocked that the perp was so sloppy that he got caught....he must have upset someone, and this is payback.
Naw.....Only one corrupt party snitching off another one, they're having elections today.
So far only 3 cops & 1 teenager shot/killed.......mexican pols blaming each other for that too.
