They most likely are and idiots keep harping about where they are thus probably screwing up the intel collection.

Kind of like when they were listening in on OBL's cell phone unitl some jackass revealed it to the press.

I think there's a very good chance these Web hosting companies are fronts for the CIA. What better way to get a look at the logs of visitors' IP addresses?
