It bugs me no end that they determine what gets coverage and how much coverage it gets, and then stories like these are buried below the fold on page 47.

This story is top of the fold, page one, and it was posted as front page news. I did almost 21 months in Vietnam in the Infantry, and I happen to be a doc, so I'm pretty disappointed in the admin moderator who delisted it as front page news. For those of you who were pinged twice, please excuse this second ping on the same story. This is the politics within your government. It also happens at other places. Take a guess. Unfortunately, it's a long article.

Yikes.
There was a short lived to-do about the conditions in some of the local VA hospitals printed in teh Times Herald Record a few years back if you recall.
What I do not recall is if there was ever a follow-up.
Seems the wannabe doc overlaps some of the VA hospital shenanegans that were going on at the time.
