But later, just as Sgt. W.H. Stidham of the Walbridge patrol post was about to administer a portable breath test inside his vehicle, the only Democrat remaining in statewide office admitted she had "something to drink" and then expressed disbelief with the test's result, 0.216

With a alcohol rate that high...in most other countries...they'd take your license for minimum of 12 months and the insurance rates would be jacked up by 200 percent. We had a case here in Germany where the guy got caught a second time on a major DWI, and the insurance company came back asking for around $18k a year for coverage...and that was just for liability which is required on every car. Just judging from this amount of alcohol...I'd be guessing that she is a major alcoholic and can't control herself at all. If she doesn't resign from the court by next week...I'd say that she needs to be benched or sent off by the other members of the court to rehab.
