Raising the gasoline tax? It won't happen. Oh that's a great idea, raising gasoline taxes. Then the feds will just spend it on pork barrel projects like the big dig in Boston. It won't get back to the communities where the taxes are collected.

Sounds like a democrat idea to me......
Why raise taxes or increase bonded indebtedness when you have a private company putting up the funding for the right to try and make a profit?....
