Paying the judgement was just caving in. What would the raven-robed dumb-ass judge have done if the girls simply didn't get around to paying the money?

"I suppose the lady would have suffered less stress if the girls had delivered a flaming bag of dog-doo to her front door and rang the doorbell."

Plenty of time for that later.....

A radio station raised the money for the fine and paid the woman.

The crabbass is now complaining that her phone is ringing off the hook and she'll probably have to move out of town.

GOOD RIDDANCE YOU NASTY WITCH.

Auction off their parent's house to settle the judgement.

Yike! I see women like that every day; by the hundreds. Of course, that's because I work in Vermont.

"The judge awarded Young her medical costs, but did not award punitive damages. He said he did not think the girls had acted maliciously but that 10:30 was fairly late at night for them to be out."

Someone must have forgotten to explain to these young ladies they have a right to trial by jury. Not taking that route was probably their first mistake.

This is worse that the Mcdonalds lawsuit. Lawyers and judges should be required to pass an IQ test.

Oops, that won't work, then there wouldn't be any.

You did good, catching that pix. I tried once and just let it go. Gives additional information, tho, don't you think? (Probably not a Republican).

Yes, I bet you do see them in Vermont. I see them around here, too (Los Angeles) in certain areas.

I have been to both Colorado and New Jersey - people in Colorado gave me a bit of the creeps - their reactions seem to be delayed and a bit off-the-nut; in New Jersey - I just held on to my wallet and tried not to pi$$ anyone off!

I'm a million mile flyer, all domestically, so I've had a chance to see a lot of this country. My take is that it is all the same everywhere with a slight difference in accents and architecture.

Basically, though, people are the same. I just thought I would tweak him for singling us out...

That goes double to the lawyer that handled the case

FYI, there are no lawyers in small claims court. The litigants must represent themselves.
