Well, on a thread yesterday I took into consideration the time this happened and some other aspects of their story and pronounced myself disbelievig of their tale and have been hounded ever since.

I wasn't around yesterday, and so this is the first thread I've seen on the matter.

Cripes, you are such a drama queen. No one has "hounded" you. Several posters have (unsuccessfully) attempted to challenge your notion that these girls were up to no good based solely on the time they delivered cookies. We offered heaps of evidence that contradicted your vapor-borne hypothesis. "Evidence be damned," you cried. "Burn the girls, full steam ahead!" (NOTE TO CYNCOOPER: This is called hyperbole, which is an exaggeration of fact in order to make a point. You did NOT actually say these things. I bring this up because literary techniques like irony, paraphrasing and hyperbole seem to completely be lost to you).

Talking with you is like trying to argue with my 4-year-old on the nutritional (non)value of pudding. Anyone with a lone synapse firing in their brain would have reevaluated their initial impression and would have adjusted their beliefs accordingly. But not you. You have gone from debater to victim/pariah faster than it takes me to darn a pair of socks. That photograph you have posted on your page has been replaced in my mind by a drooling, thin haired, bad breathed, bobbleheaded neophyte whose cynicism poisons all that it touches.

You cave called me "pathetic" and whatnot, but I save all of my pathos for you. You are truly a sad, sad person and I am thankful that 3500 miles separate us, Cyn. I am certain that I have brick-headed individuals in my neighborhood that would give you a run for your money, but I have been fortunate enough not to have met them.

Must I conclude that you are intentionally being obtuse in order to bring attention to yourself? I certainly hope not. I was under the impression that most FReepers pushed the high bar of the intelligence quotient, but your posts indicate that you clearly ruin the mean.
