There are two rankings. That's the top ten improvements in his margins of victory and loss. There's another ranking of the top ten improvements in his share of each state's vote. The Blue State figures show that even when Bush lost, he considerably improved his showing over 2000. Particularly in New York and California. Results future GOP presidential candidates can build on.
