BTW, the problem with traffic in PW county is the sad state of the drivers. You can see it in their eyes when they first start out in the morning ~ up too late, not enough sleep, a poor attitude toward paying enough taxes for the bonding to build the highways you all think you need. It's definitely a bunch of slackers down there just waiting for somebody else to pay their bills for them.
Our buddy Griffin who heads that committee just sold out the people of Virginia. Many will die on the public roads as a consequence of his uninformed attitude. We can only hope he's among the first eh?!
