Consider this. The fastest growing religion in the world is Islam. The fastest growing segment of U.S. society is Islam. At the rate of growth Islamics will be the majority faction in the U.S.A. in 50 years.
Now consider the judicial activism and rewriting of our constitution by the supremes (consider Ginsberg,Kennedy, and others) who openly state they "interpret" the Constitution in the light of what foreign jurists rule on matters before them and incorporate, as stare decisis, those rulings and these become embodied in our own rulings which lower courts now use.
Is it too much of a strectch to consider the branch of government which is supposed to be immune from political considerations, but now are activist judges circumventing a constituional representative government, could, in 50 years, completely reinterpret the U.S.Constitution toward an Islamic theocracy? Is it too offensive to consider the fact that Roe v. Wade, Grizzwald, and others could never come to represent a prevalent body of law that could dominate judicial rulings for 30, 40,50 years. I would at one time said it would be impossible. But here we are.
Just as it is time to think about a dysfunctional social security system which will be broken in 30 - 40 years, it is time to consider the broken, activist, supreme court and get back to our constitutional republic. We must demand nothing less than strict originalists on the court. We must then set about recinding these indane rulings from on high (S.C.) and bring back into line our tattered constitution.

The fastest growing religion in the world is Islam.

I might be wrong, but I read that the fastest growing religion in the world is Christianity, especially in Asia and Africa.
