Here's my problem with the helmet stuff. Let's say you're on a motorcyle without a helmet and you cut me off and I hit you... you are probably going to die. So Even though the accident was your fault, it's going to screw me up, big time. Why have seat belt laws then? I don't think it's unreasonable to have helmet laws.

In that case, I assume you are wearing a helmet in your car. Most serious injuries in a car are head injuries. So... Why aren't you wearing a helmet in your car?
New Hampshire doesn't require seat belts or helmets. That's one of the reasons I live here.
