Good grief, you are in a line of good postings this morning.

What you described is exactly the reason liberals hate Fox News.

BTW, near 60% in several polls believe Dino Rossi won the election and 53% want a revote. Many democrats have become 'Dinocrats' and the anger over the election seems not to be dissipating.

Your uninformed shot at Libertarians is uncalled for.

Dang... and all this time I thought shooting Libertarians was called for.

The judge declined or refused to order an action that he lacked authority to order. This is hardly equivalent to his having ordered that no re-vote take place, wishful thinking of a King County journalist or editor notwithstanding.

"So what exactly is the LP doing in the case?

I don't know. I suspect the GOP added the LP as a defendant in the suit because the only candidates on the ballot were the GOP, Dem and LP. The LP candidate targeted a lot of her effort at getting homosexuals to vote for her."

I think that the LP was pivotal in the recounts that finally elected the fraud governess.

I am not in WA but have watched this unfold. If sh*t like this is allowed and this fraudulent woman takes governorship then we are in a sad state.

I can only hope her governorship is a disaster.

Exactly,

He is doing great IMO. He simply stated that his court does not have authority to order a re vote (imply the Supreme Court). He did claim he has jurisdiction, and thereby can invalidate the election. Gregoire would be gone. The Supremes would either have to overrule him, or decide wether or not a re-vote is appropriate.

"So what exactly is the LP doing in this case?"

Well, if they hadn't wasted their votes on the LP candidate, they could be whining about the Republican occupying the governor's mansion now.

Why goodbye Cantwell? People assume Dino wants to be in D.C., but I honestly don't think he does.

There was voter fraud involving a secret vote. The people who committed the crime will be punished.....

For some reason, and I know nothing about this court, I have high doubts that one could obtain justice from the WA State Supreme Court.

It is difficult to "waste a vote" now. It originally was done under the freedom to decide who you actually want running the government, not on who you don't want. Since illegal votes count, according to the ruling, then nothing is wasted, all is counted. Those willing to do anything to seize power or give power to someone have few limitations.

It's crying over spilled milk after you find out it isn't really milk.
