The problem is that students won't repudiate him. He teaches Ethnic Studies, which usually means his courses are electives that may satisfy some sort of nonsensical "diversity" requirement, but are one of many that do so. The grades he gives are often absurdly high, which makes the course popular.

The problem is that if he has few students, so much the better for him -- less grading and his own little band of devoted disciples.

Well, then up-end Churchill with unrelenting public ridicule. "The 9/11 victims were "little Eichmanns"??? Insane!

Just keep blaring his insane and inane comments. Don't be surprised if next semester's enrollment drops significantly. If it doesn't decline, keep on blaring.

Churchill's claim of Native American blood heritage is FALSE. That make me sick too. He's sociopathic - in an academic way, of course.

Is there a *non compos mentis* clause in tenure? How about if Churchill is offered a prolonged sabbatical in a psycho ward?

As to his youthful followers, the "willing fools", what kind of arm bands are they wearing?

I know something about university recruitment of faculty, so one needs to follow the trail back to whoever in the Ethnic Studies department recommended Churchill. Faculty recruitment is a process of ideological nepotism. For insight into this process and "liberal" academia, I recommend reading (non-fiction)The Scarlet Professor by Barry Werth.
