The bottom line is, if we win, we still petty much get our "revote." It's just that we have to wait for November, and it will be a brand new election (which is pretty much what I was talking about when I said "revote," anyway).

The problem is that between now and November, the 'Rats can do a hell of a lot of damage.

Maybe.

Here's a strategy: contest the election, get a ruling in Rossi's favor. Then, when the 'Rats appeal, make sure it drags out as long as possible so that GregGore is still "governor".

But if The Bitch Who Won't Leave is ultimately tossed out, then perhaps any bills TBWWL signed are as invalid as she is.

This may minimize the damage potential.

I wouldn't put much stock in that scenario working out. Those bills would still have been duly passed by the Legislature. The most you could hope for is any executive orders issued on her authority would be tossed, but I'd put even that at only a 25% chance.
