The judge says he doesn't have the authority to rule for a new election????? Am I getting this wrong? ACK.....what does all this mean????
not a lawyer.. but my understanding is he doesn't order a new election. but if he sets aside this election.. there is a vacancy and the law states how to handle the election of a governor when there is a vacancy
So what was the point of this hearing???? Dang...
