Judge says he's going to address NOW whether or not a revote would be a legal remedy if the petitioners prevail. Wow, he's setting down the citations for his decision. This Judge was so prepared for this. He says the petitioners are not permitted to have a revote if they prevail. He's striking the portion of the petition that requests the court to order a new election. He says the court doesn't have that authority.

If vote fraud is found, then who has the authority to remedy the situation? Is it back to the legislature?
