Maybe this is a new venture for these folks. I saw their pictures this morning--they looked downright neighborly.

How could the state allow two scumbags like this to take seven children into their home?A similar case in Connecticut was exposed when neighbors found children eating out of their garbage who looked like corpses.They were so starved over the years that their bodies were deformed by stunted growth and they had facial features and the internal organs of an elderly person.The two foster parents were both fat slobs who looked like they never missed a meal.I don't know what happened in that case but I hope the prosecutor didn't go easy on them like the media because of their race.

Where I work we're required to do background checks on all new employees. The state is so screwed up that we had a guy who had been convicted of child abuse working here for more than four months before we found out. And how we found out was because he told a co-worker, not because the state notified us. Waste of time, IMO.
