thanks everybody i got the email for him and sent him this little note :-)

I know you probably missed this story seeing as how it is getting no press in the us television and newspapers plus you spent most of the day yesterday attacking president bush in between chugs of whatever liquid you drink as lunch on a daily basis so I thought I would send it to you.It looks like the Iraqis are doing some of the killing and dying for their country now. I will be waiting with bated breath for your retraction on the senate floor. I would hold my breathe until it happens but I am afraid I would suffer permanent brain damage due to oxygen depravation and would have no choice but to vote straight democrat ticket every election until I die after that .anyway here's the story.

Iraqi villagers kill 5 insurgents

The residents of a small Iraqi village have killed five insurgents who had attacked them for voting in last weekend's national elections.

Several other insurgents were also wounded.

The insurgents raided the village of al-Mudhiryah south of Baghdad after warning its inhabitants not to vote in the election.

The villagers fought back, killing five of the insurgents and wounding eight others.

The insurgents' cars were then set alight.

Al-Mudhiryah's tribal sheikh says his people are sick of being threatened by Islamic extremists.
