Guess who been supplying Red China with
technology and information consulting services since 1995?

Do you know why we keep China abreast in the latest? By the way your date is wrong.

President GHWBush decided he would obey the UN Directorate and "share sophisticated technology with neighbor States" (States is the UN term for Country, then Clinton made damn sure the Republicans weren't going to outstep him and on the story goes.

There has not been a war in the past 100 years that we have not made darn sure the enemy was stocked with the basic necessities before they attacked.

Stupidity or intentional? That is for each of us to decide for ourselves.

Wars create immediate need. Wars give boosts to manufacturing techniques and new products that wouldn't come about for a couple of more decades if left to the normal fiscal flow of corporations.

The cost is in human lives which don't seem to have much value any more. We casually kill them before they even get the chance to breathe our contaminated air.

Feeling extra bitter tonight? I wouldn't be surprised if it were Socrates who began using the term "state" to apply to countries. Certainly Machiavelli did. China has been so backward that our presidents have seemed to underestimate their potential. But they're intelligent people, and they have empire on the brain.
