Seems that Wisconsin had some hanky panky in 2000..also.
When the hell are the rules going to get to the
nitty gritty of voting....photo ID required..dump
the Clinton motor voter crap...how the hell can we
keep allowing this type of cheating...Illinois is
the same...as is Washington state..cheated like hell
on Governor race.,..onm and on...it's BS...Jake

A precinct is an individual voting location. The ones I've worked at usually had less than 1200 total votes. That's 8% fraudulent. That's significant, and it is wide-spread enough to be found in at least those numbers in 17 places in the closest race in the nation. It's a story. Let's hope it has legs.
