I thought I saw an article the other day that claimed he was going to start *cutting* spending.

This is from President George "I will send you a budget that holds the growth of discretionary spending below inflation...and stays on track to cut the deficit in half by 2009" Bush? A 10% increase is way over the rate of inflation.

Some are saying he is out of control, If nothing more his spending is. And now to add the TRILLIONS for SS reform that he seems hell bent to change.

Congress and Senate will regret all this spending in 2008 what will they tell their loyal conservative base about their spending sprees?
