I don't disagree with what you've said. It still might take the army to stop the big drug cartels that are trying to kill all the border agents and putting out "jihad" on the FBI. What you said won't completely fix it, the organized crime has become much too important an element.
I haven't read the transcript of the SOTU speech but I heard it last night. Did I hear wrong when I heard that Laura Bush was going to head something about gangs? No one has discussed this. Did I hear right?
