I heard some weird crap tonioght while the wife was channel surfing. Some talking head newsy type said Iran youth was becoming more conservative, not more liberal??

Also said Iran has lost an entire generation of young people to drug use??

Can someone enlighten me, for I have not heard this before.

It's a complete BS about the country becoming more conservative. The mullahs are utterly loathed by the people. They can't even walk freely in the streets because cars will run them over -- they mostly change into civilian clothes if they want to go out without their bodyguards (what an oxymoron, a mullah with bodyguards!!!)

But about the loss of an entire generation to drugs, sadly it is true. This is the new scheme of the petrified mullahs who have saturated the country with cheap opium and heroin to dull the senses of the youth and quiet them down.

Yep... Unofrtunately the number of drug addicts is growing in Iran. And this is what Mullahs wanted for the youths there. The regime wants the youth to be busy with drugs so that they can screw up the country more.
You know, a weak society can't rise and ask the leaders to step down or give up.
