Err, anyone here familiar with Indian Rolls? What kind of status is unenrolled? This sounds very fishy.

Unenrolled= They don't recognize status. In other words, beat it!
The tribes are picky about admitting members, particularly when it's a "wannabe". You'll always find a good old boy who will do the 'blood brother bit', but if the tribe has any assets, they don't intend to share with every jerk coming down the road.

Enrollment to the Cherokee Tribe requires you to prove your blood linage in the Roll books that have been kept,there are two: 1) for the western band and 2) for the eastern band of the Cherokee these books were kept before and after the Trail of Tears. Though you only have to have 1/16 blood linage and the prove of ancestors in the books.
This guy has clear not done his research to prove his blood linage to get his Tribal Enrollment papers and card.
