I submit to you that this individual's mind works on several levels, and as it is a feminine mind, it works on a spatial and intuitive relationship level that women understand immediately but men take some time to catch on.
Hillary Clinton is a prisoner of her age and her losing battle with gravity. I don't hold that against her. I do hold her ambition against her. She is simply not Presidential material, but her ambition allows her to surround herself with toadies and sycophants who want West Wing offices. Her husband could do the job. She couldn't.
Rice is another thing altogether. Her sense of timing and control is impeccable. She understands relationships as men do not. She understands that Clinton was probably behind the trouble she had two weeks ago. But she is patient, and she will work on several levels to achieve her objective. And she knows who her enemy is.
To Condoleezza Rice, her body and her sense of fashion are not simply assets, they are weapons.
