It's easy to make a great speach when you believe in what you are saying and what you have done!
You are right. President Bush doesn't worry about showy hand gestures fitting with his words. He doesn't want showy words for his legacy....he wants to honestly talk to us....and we know he means every word of it. HE hugged Joe Lieberman.,,he instigated it out of gratitude because Lieberman has honestly defended this president out of conviction, and despite party differences.
