Don't include height AND width values in your HTML. It distorts the image. Pick one or the other and they'll adjust automatically.

Do include height and width in HTML, but calculate them correctly. It reserves space on the page and allows you to read the text while the graphics are loading. The picture will assume its proper location when it is done loading and nothing on the page will move.
