As you can see, I put "banglist" in the keywords because Alberto Gonzalez supports an assault weapons ban. I'd be tempted to filibuster him myself on those grounds, in addition to the questionable memos, but fair is fair: he deserves the advice and consent of the Senate.

It is obvious, however, that the Democrats don't want to drop their obstructionist tactics. Look for filibuster resurrections when President Bush submits those judicial nominees.
