I'm thinking that the lawsuit came to naught as I can't find anything on the Internet about this. Except for the original story about this guy shoveling snow for 30 hours, then getting to watch a "free" game, with no gloves on.

During winter, I often have gloves with me. You really need them for that cold and snowy weather.
