Notice that C-SPAN has a graphic up listing those who will speak today; I also notice that it says Byrd-D (2:30 P.M.); he is the only one listed with a specific time.
Does C-SPAN believe the entire world awaits the pearls of wisdom from Byrd and gives us the time so we won't miss it?
