A party-building masterstroke. From a party-building President. Be on the lookout for it tonight in President Bush's State Of The Union Address. Its more than a second term agenda; its a realignment agenda that aims to build a decisive conservative majority in this country that will endure long after Bush leaves office. Cool

First off, Chief Justice Renquist needs to resign and get that out of the way.....next we need to get Scalia in the Chief Justice spot and a new conservative justice to fill out the bench. (then hopefully Breyer or Ginsberg will opt out soon)

then we can go ahead with our agenda.

From the standpoint of winning votes and new voters PRICELESS all except for:

"And Bush's call to revamp the nation's immigration laws makes the party more appealing to Latinos, another traditionally Democratic group.

At what price to their LOYAL base of voters? This could be the achilles heel.

African Americans, who have for decades leaned Democratic but are increasingly viewed as potential GOP voters.

Oh the humanity! Not THAT!

This new "Contract w/ Black America" or whatever the title is called is a stroke of genius too. Lay it out on the line for the black Dems and show them where we think alike. This thing is gonna work wonders.

This is completely impossible.

That is, this article coming from the MSM?!

Seems that all I've heard for years from these trash outlets pretending to be "news" is that President Bush is stupid. A half-wit hick who snuck into office.

Now they are fearful that the very guy that they have chastised for years about his intellect is going to change the political landscape??

Hahaha. The gift that keeps on giving... 8^)

Lessee... Colleges teach the reason "blacks/minorities" can't get ahead is because of perpetual discrimination and oppression by "the man". So, President Bush is bypassing the colleges and encouraging and helping "blacks/minorities" learn about economics, investments for THEMSELVES!!! To be interested in their own education.

And that's... baaad?

The truth is: most labor unions follow the communist party line: Democrats have caved in to this marxist dogma.
