Operation Gatekeeper was a dog and pony show put on by Clinton to make sure it appear we had the border under control while the aliens ran amuck in the southern CA mountains and in Arizona. Now, the Bush Administration is not even maintaining the crown jewel that was designed to fool us all into complacency.
