JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- The FBI is trying to determine whether an Islamic Web site that tracked users of an online chat room had anything to do with the killings of a Christian Egyptian family. The site, barsomyat.com, is no longer online. But before it was shut down by its Minnesota hosting company, it reportedly featured photos of Hossam Armanious and his wife, Amal Garas, referring to him as a "filthy dog" and "his filthy wife," according to the New York Sun.

Why did you take someone else's tagline?
To: jan in Colorado
I stole this too:
"If you want the truth I'll give it to you but be prepared to have your illusions and program of racist brain-washing shattered if you can stand it."

I know you are new here, and I think you posted on the wrong thread. I think you meant to post on the "African American Muslims Lament Loss of Islamic Heritage" thread.
You really don't need to take the imams words, you really do fine on your own. And under the circumstances, I think it was fine for you to borrow the imams tagline.
I just wondered why you did it, that's all?
To: jan in Colorado
The tagline was abused and used as a cover to divert attention from his own inadequacy, and portray himself as a promoter of authentic history, which clearly he was not. In fact the latter part of the tagline more accurately described the contents of the users posts.
When given a fair chance to explain and defend his position, when called on it, the offer went ignored.
So now the tagline as been liberated. No more lies. No more propaganda.
Taglines of the world unite! FReedom for all oppressed and misused taglines NOW!

Hey, do you sell taglines on ebay?
To: jan in Colorado
Why, do you want to buy one?
My imam may be able to work out a deal. 10,000 Iraqi dinars. Very cheap.

No thanks. I use my own material. Just something a friend and I were talking about.
To: NexusBlue
So, you do sell taglines? Cheap, you say?

Sure VERY cheap. Only 10,000 Iraqi Dinars!
I was digging around the dumpsters over at the Mosque of Islamic Brotherhood, in Harlem, for some of the papers my Imam carelessly threw out without shredding first, and I happened to come across a few dusty taglines too.
Let me know if I can ever be of service.

America's Most Wanted is going to profile the Armanious killings on February 19th. Let's hope they don't whitewash the obvious. Several of us here have been sending them emails, asking them to cover this story.
Stay tuned...
