The most secure computer is turned off, unplugged, and locked up in a safe.

Wow. Must be a parallel universe. The same thing happened in Oklahoma City. And by truly mysterious coincedence Oklahoma City's Sheriff is also named John Whetsel. What are the odds of that?

Use Scan Spyware®. You won't use anything else. The rest can't detect Agobot. Only Scan Spyware® did. I rest my case.

A reserve deputy with computer training helped clean the software from the computers and cut remote access from the county's network to sheriff's computers because of the possibility current or former information systems employees could have installed the software, Whetsel said.

Oklahoma City Sherrif with remote access viewing turned on and state of the art screen capture software installed.

Could it be Alphabet Boys trying to keep tabs on anybody involved in the bombing investigation?

Doesn't surprise me one bit. I fully expect the next attack to be in the hinterland's.

I've found this one to be much more affective: Microsoft AntiSpyware

I know... It sounds like an oxymoron... But it does work...

According to Sophos and F-Secure, Agobot is a virus, not spyware.

From what I've read, Microsofts' AntiSpyware is for Windows 2000/XP only.

There are still many people running 98SE, ME, etc.

Nah, anything the feds deploy likely wouldn't be detectable by off-the-shelf spyware/AV scanners - can't have the bad guys catching you out that easily.
