Just got back..can I have a quick catch -up, please. If it's gonna be 10 hours, why doesn't Frist hold the senate til it's finished tonite, then have the vote tonite..are there any links to what he said on Hannity..?..thanks..

Frist was on Hannity and said he would use the nuke option if the Dems blocked Gonzales with a filibuster
But Reid was on FNC and said the Dems changed their minds on the filibuster because there aren't enough votes
Seems that between 60-70 will vote for confirmation
Last I hear the vote will be on Thursday
