You did not tell me of any case.Go to any Court House in the country and you wont find it on record.

Now you're just being silly. Legal malpractice cases are far from rare, even in South Carolina.

No I am not being silly. Sure these cases are rare but malpractice by lawyers isn't. I worked in the court system for over 25 years and I see what goes on. People speak of the Blue Wall of Silence but one lawyer does not take another one on personally,only at the expense of his client. I have seen lawyers go to sleep while defending their clients, I have seen judge's sleep during a trial. You either don't know,dont care or are tied to the legal system someway.
