Being from the Memphis area, I am thrilled that Harold Ford Jr. lost to Pelosi.. Jr. is a whole lot slicker.
This isn't about Harold Ford, Jr. We already know that you don't like him.
What this is about is the fact that no matter how loyal American blacks are to the Democrats, blacks still won't even get nominated, much less approved, for senior Democrat Party positions.
It's another point that must be highlighted.
