Yes, it is a fuzzy poll because a portion of the State believes that starving Terri is going to help her. She might not agree to another starvation-dehydration. I believe the last time they tried to kill her, Terri was frightened and aware that she wasn't being cared for.

Been too busy to follow today's thread, and only have a minute now. Today Sen. Hatch was speaking on the Senate floor for legal reform. Did anyone see this?

He spoke on and on in detail about a county in Illinois where the legal system has been corrupted so that every frivolous lawsuit imaginable is filed there and the system is so fixed they all are successful in getting huge sums of money from businesses whether justified or not. Lawyers, judges, juries...everyone is in a way on the take, said Hatch, and debated Sen. Durbin from Illinois on that point.

Hatch said those kinds of lawsuits must be moved to federal court because in that county there is no way to get justice. Of course I thought of Terri. Some may have contacted Hatch's office before, but this thing has Terri's life in the balance, and Hatch was exposing the corrupted legal system there that he said was hopeless.

What do you think about this angle of pursuit with Hatch? He made such an open point of this, I was amazed. He is very close to people in the DOJ.
