Right. Not to say Greer will actually pay any attention to any of the evidence, but he'll claim that since it was presented in his court room his pre-ordained decision is valid.
OTOH, I would think that in a guardianship hearing there may be some factual matters which Greer cannot ignore. The paternity of Michael's children should be a matter of record, and unless Michael comes up with some rebuttal for the taped interviews he's given I think an appellate court might question Greer's judgement if Greer deemed them insignificant.
The two children are not legitmized so Michael is not only harming Terri in the worst way, but additionally, he is not providing a last name and the protections therein for the two children. That's a violation in the State of Florida but Greer isn't well versed in Florida law.
