Question: What happened to the other bills that have entirely different numbers, one for the Florida house and the other for the Senate? If someone knows, please advise.
I posted the information on this thread. It is confirmed that Senator Campbell is sponsoring the bad bill in the Senate for the States Attorney's Office. If you want me to post again I will. I think this is pretty heinous in itself. Campbell voted YES on Terri's Law but now he is trying to bury Terri for the States Attorne's Office. The very people who have refused investigating crimes are now trying to get a bill through that will make it OK to accept hearsay wishes of an incapacitated ward if the courts have accepted it into evidence. Hence conflicted guardians and corrupt courts can accept hearsay and get off the hook because the law says it's OK. Talk about the big fix for Greer and McCabe, etc.
