I hate polls like that. The wording is such that either answer could be taken to justify either position. Michael could argue that a "yes" answer means that the state should protect Terri's rights from being infringed by her evil parents who want to keep her hooked up to the evil feeding tube, while a "no" answer would let those rabble that call themselves her "family" take over. Of course, others would argue that a "yes" answer means the state should protect Terri's right to live from those who would starve her, and a "no" answer would mean the no-good-[bleep]-of-a-[bleep]-[bleep] who basely has an excuse to be called "husband", much less "family", should be allowed to do whatever he claims Terri wants.
