Every time we hear PVS or coma or whatever hogwash, a phone call or email should be made to the tv or radio station to set them straight. Enough calls and they'll have to report the truth giving Terri more support from their listeners.
Surprisingly I jsut heard back from Richard LaBelle who was reported in the Associated Press as the Attorney of Record for the Advocacy Center whihc has an open Investigation of Terri.
This is what he wrote me, moments ago.
Dear XXX:
Thank you for your email. However, your statement that I am the reason that the investigation has halted is not correct. I am a volunteer member of the Board of the Directors of the Advocacy Center. I do not work for the Center and am not involved in how the case is handled. This case is being handled by the attorneys who work for the Center and it is they who make the decisions on the case in light of our Federal authority. I was contacted by the reporter when the main attorney on the case was unavailable and I simply relayed this information to her. For further information, I would suggest that you contact Hubert Grissom, the interim Executive Director at the Center.
