They have been arrested and will be charged with torture and abuse among other charges. (they weren't homeschooling them either, the parents' explanation. The children were being imprisoned, like Terri is).

I don't see how they can successfully prosecute them for starving the kids. The Supreme Court decided it's not illegal.
