I wish one of the LSM would run a multi-way poll which asked a series of factual and opinion questions, and then plotted what percentage of the people who said X said Y, for various XY.
To avoid having the poll be 'leading' too much, it could ask a few questions like:
- Michael Schiavo has testified in 1992 that his wife was definitely not a vegetable, and could be expected to live 50+ years (T/F)
- Michael Schiavo is a space alien from the planet Altair VII. (T/F)
- Michael Schiavo has pledged to marry another woman (T/F).
- Michael Schiavo's statements of his wife's wishes should be considered trustworthy (T/F).
- A feeding tube is a big bulky piece of apparatus that keeps a patient bedridden (T/F).
- Michael Schiavo has spent most of the money won for his wife's rehabilitation on that purpose (T/F).
- An orange is a form of legume (T/F).
- Michael Schiavo values his wife's privacy (T/F).
- There is no reason to believe that Michael Schiavo would ever talk about his wife's gynecological problems on national television in indelicate detail.
- Terri Schiavo should be fatally dehydrated (T/F).
It would be interesting to see how the answers cluster.
I clicked on 'view replies' and saw that there were 'no replies'. No replies! No replies?
Well, supercat, I think you are very clever! I like your little quiz. Some Freepers wouldn't even pass it (I have a few in mind that wouldn't, but no need to go there)!
