The guardian of the property Alison Carpenter was purposefully not paying Hospice out of Terri's $110,000 when the trust was set up in 2002 so that the death attorneys could be paid first. They let Hospice go over 6 months arrears and then they hid the info from the public guardianship file.
And Carpenter never marshalled the house Michael owns, 50% belonging to Terri into the Guradianship and Terri is still not on the deed 3 years later.
